All our products are made especially for You as soon as you place an order, which is why it takes Us a bit longer to deliver it to you. Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions!

Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing times
All our products are made especially for You as soon as you place an order, which is why it takes Us a bit longer to deliver it to you. We strive to process the Orders and have the Goods dispatched within 3 - 5 buisness days after payment confirmation, however, this will not be possible in all cases.
If We are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of Your Order, We will contact You via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shiny Daisy Art offers exclusively Domestic Standard Delivery by post within the UK. Delivery delays can occasionally occur for circumstances beyond Our control.
Shipping has no additional cost for You.
Shiny Daisy Art ships to addresses within the UK (England, Scontland, Wales and Northern Ireland). Unfortunately, we are unable to offer international shipping at this time.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email once Your Order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Shiny Daisy Art is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to Your Order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes)
Damages
Shiny Daisy Art is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If You received Your Order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
